Job DescriptionAmphenol Alden Products Company is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in assigned markets and regions. As a key member of our team, you will establish a foothold in new segments while solidifying our position in established ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring external expertise in product, technology, and market trends to our customers and internal teams.
  • Utilize understanding of price, cost, and margin dynamics to gain market share from competitors.
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers and technology leaders at key and target accounts.
  • Facilitate the inception and launch of new standard products and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in creating new business in a sales or marketing role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or Marketing/Business.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales or marketing of electromechanical components or other technically oriented products.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing methods and key business metrics.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel globally (up to 50%).
