Lead Our Team as a Sales Representative

HART GROUP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing client base, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities through business-to-business (B2B) sales.
  • Supervise and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Train and develop new team members on our sales systems and processes.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and report on daily sales activity.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive sales growth and team success.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales or customer service experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
