Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Credit Manager to join our team in Burlington, NC. This position is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our financial services by effectively managing credit and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, enabling us to serve our diverse customer base more effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Credit Application Approval: Analyze and approve credit applications using a detailed review process to ensure they meet our approval standards.
  • Purchase Limits Management: Set and adjust purchase limits for customers based on their creditworthiness to balance risk and revenue.
  • Contract and Invoice Processing: Handle finance contracts and cash sales invoices efficiently, ensuring accuracy in every transaction.
  • Payment Processing: Oversee payment transactions and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all processes are compliant and secure.
  • Delinquent Account Recovery: Utilize direct communication, and legal actions as necessary, to effectively recover overdue accounts while maintaining customer relations.
  • Repossession Management: Oversee the repossession and resale of assets from defaulted accounts, ensuring processes are ethical and losses are minimized.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a credit role, ideally within the retail or financial services sectors.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages, preferred.
  • Solid understanding of credit management, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
