Night Auditor

Hotel Equities is seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team at the Reikart House Hotel in Amherst, NY.

The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during overnight hours. This includes checking guests in and out, handling cash and credit transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Check guests in and out, ensuring accurate room assignments and handling any issues that may arise.
• Process cash and credit transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the front desk team to ensure seamless communication and a positive guest experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including guest room tours and concierge services.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with hotel management systems and processes preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
