Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to provide critical support to our senior management team at Bayside Solutions, Inc.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Proactively manage meeting logistics and arrange domestic and international travel in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Process travel and expense reports efficiently and accurately in Concur.
  • Assist in managing procurement activities, including purchase orders and invoices.
  • Support Human Resources in scheduling interviews and other administrative tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school degree with 5+ years of relevant office administration experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience supporting senior management or executive-level leadership, preferably in the Life Science Industry.
  • Advanced technical aptitude in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and critical thinking skills.
  • Able to work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
