About the Position

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced faculty member to join our School of Business Management as a tenure-track professor in management. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate-level courses in management, as well as contributing to the development of our business programs.

Responsibilities
  • Teach a range of courses in management, including entrepreneurship, operations, and supply chain management
  • Develop and maintain a research agenda in management, with a focus on publishing in top-tier academic journals
  • Contribute to the development of our business programs, including curriculum design and assessment
  • Advise students and provide mentorship in their academic and professional pursuits
  • Engage in service to the university and the broader business community, including participation in departmental and university committees
Requirements
  • PhD or other terminal degree in management or a related field
  • Experience in teaching and research in management, with a strong publication record
  • Ability to integrate faith and learning in the classroom, with a commitment to the Christian faith and the Reformed tradition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and external partners
Preferred Qualifications
  • Expertise in entrepreneurship, operations, and supply chain management
  • Practical experience in business, with a strong network of industry contacts
  • Strong networks in the business community, with a commitment to experiential learning
  • Ability to teach in a secondary field, including organizational behavior, leadership, human resources, strategy, project management, negotiation, or marketing
