About the Position

Aquinas College, a leading institution in Michigan, invites applications for an Assistant Professor of Business Administration. This tenure-track position will be responsible for teaching a broad range of business courses, including management and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach 24-credit hours per academic year, with a 3/3 load
  • Provide service to the department, college, and community, commensurate with rank and accreditation requirements
  • Engage in research and professional activities, aligned with rank and accreditation requirements
  • Participate in departmental student initiatives, clubs, and events
Qualifications
  • Ph.D., M.B.A., M.M., or related Master's degree in a business discipline
  • 18 Graduate Credits in Management or Marketing, ideally 18-cr in each discipline
  • Teaching experience and demonstrated teaching effectiveness, including in-person, hybrid, and online instruction
  • Relevant industry experience with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Ability to engage with the local business community and build relationships
  • Active research record with interest, ability, and potential to enhance an applied research portfolio
