Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Franklin, MA. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in the manufacturing or technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Facilitate project meetings, documenting key decisions and action items.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing or technology.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Domestic and international travel may be required up to 10%.
