About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer/Project Manager to join our team at GEI Consultants. As a key member of our dams and water resources consulting practice, you will be responsible for leading structural engineering projects and managing teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead structural engineering projects, including designing new facilities and upgrading existing developments.
  • Manage teams of engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Analyze and evaluate structural integrity of dams, spillways, and other water resources structures.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure the well-being of employees and the public.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
  • 7-15+ years of experience in structural engineering related to dams and water resources structures.
  • Professional Engineer licensure or the ability to obtain licensure within one year of hire.
  • Experience with structural analysis software and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
