Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team at Nissha Metallizing Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiencies, and targeted results are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee the routine of the QMS, prepare documents to implement and maintain the QMS.
  • Keep management informed through performance and development of reports and KPI's management.
  • Ensure that the quality system is established, effective and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001.
  • Designs, implement, and document procedures for process control, process improvement, testing, and inspection.
  • Oversee calibration and testing program.
  • Lead internal quality audits.
  • Perform root cause analysis and other problem-solving techniques to identify effective corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Prepare documents and information necessary for critical analysis and responses to internal and external non-conformities of customers and suppliers.
  • Provide technical assistance to the customer to solve technical problems.
  • Coordinate and administer the Integrated 5S Program.
  • Administer integrated management performance index / KPI's.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Engineering, Quality Management, or Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years relevant working experience within a manufacturing quality or regulatory team in a supervisory role.
  • Experience managing an ISO & FSC standard.
  • Experience managing GMP program is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Knowledge of Office365 Suite preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Lean – Six Sigma training or certification is a plus.
  • Auditing certification is a plus.
  • Working experience in a packaging or food and beverage industry is a plus.
