About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team at Harrison French & Associates. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural projects, including construction document production, coordination with regulatory authorities, and project completion.
  • Develop and implement design solutions, working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, including design, engineering, and construction.
  • Manage and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their careers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve our design and delivery processes.
Requirements
  • 8-12 years of experience in architecture, with a strong background in design, project management, and team leadership.
  • Architectural registration with current licensure, NCARB registration preferred; LEED Green Associate accreditation desired.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
