A luxury timeshare client of Insight Global is seeking highly motivated Business Development Representatives in Cincinnati, OH.

You will source and qualify leads through inbound, follow-up, and outbound cold calling, engaging potential buyers with a consultative sales approach.

We are looking for individuals with a drive to succeed in a fun and collaborative workspace designed to fuel your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and power dialer (Dialpad).
  • Implement strategic outbound calling, making over 80 client calls per day.
  • Cultivate and nurture leads through consistent follow-up.
  • Schedule meetings with Sales Executives and guide prospects through the sales funnel.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in business development with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with or similar CRM systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals.
  • Achievement-driven, competitive, and professional with high ethical values.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a virtual environment.
  • Bachelors or college degree preferred.
