Job Description

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in increasing brand awareness and sharing the SERVPRO story with clients and customers.

This will involve overseeing the client database, conducting frequent partner visits, and maintaining an active presence at local and regional associations and trade show events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and effectively educate clients and customers about brand benefits
  • Promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory, meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals
  • Develop customers by conducting routine contact calls to build relationships and educate them on why SERVPRO is the best cleaning and restoration company
  • Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) classes
  • Utilize CRM software to document daily marketing calls and track all lead activity and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred
  • Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies
