Job Summary

CORPORATE CHAPLAINS OF AMERICA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Spiritual Care Specialist to join our team. As a Workplace Chaplain, you will play a vital role in promoting a caring and supportive work environment for employees nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned employees, fostering a sense of community and trust.
  • Provide on-call support and guidance to employees and management, addressing their spiritual and emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure alignment with company values and objectives.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in spiritual care and workplace wellness.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to spiritual care and employee well-being.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of full-time secular workplace experience, with a business degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies from an accredited college or university, with a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software, and mobile devices.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and provide effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Denominational ordination or equivalent certification.
  • Appropriate state driver's license.
