Job Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Pastoral Educator to join our team. As a key member of our spiritual care team, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement spiritual care programs and services that meet the needs of our patients and employees.
  • Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on spiritual care and pastoral ministry.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that address the spiritual needs of our patients.
  • Conduct research and evaluation to improve the quality of spiritual care services.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in divinity, theology, or a related field.
  • Experience in spiritual care or pastoral ministry in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
