As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Radiation Therapy, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care at Memorial Hospital Central. This full-time position focuses on providing comprehensive nursing services to patients undergoing radiation therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, adhering to established standards and organizational policies.
- Develop, implement, and assess individualized patient care plans to enhance health outcomes and utilize resources effectively.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care, including transitions such as transfers, discharges, and referrals, while addressing spiritual and psychosocial needs.
- Delegate patient care tasks to support staff, demonstrating critical thinking and independent decision-making skills.
- Maintain a minimum of 6 months of nursing experience, with a focus on continuous professional development.
