Position Overview

The Senior Electrical Engineer role is a hybrid position that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the design and development of advanced military armament systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and validate electrical systems, components, and circuits.
  • Utilize engineering principles to create innovative solutions that meet stringent performance and safety standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing and analysis to ensure reliability and compliance with military specifications.
  • Engage in research to explore new technologies that enhance product development.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in military systems design with a focus on compliance with standards such as MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-810.
  • A strong interest in overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to final testing.
  • Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting electrical assemblies and test equipment.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Technical proficiency in electrical engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Education

Required: Associate's Degree
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in General Engineering or a specialized engineering discipline.


Experience

A minimum of 7 years in a relevant engineering role is required.


Travel Requirements

Less than 25% travel may be necessary.
