Job Overview

Engineers Construction, Inc. is seeking experienced construction professionals to join our team as Bridge Construction Specialists. This role involves working on various construction projects, including bridge, utility, and highway construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of construction projects
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project goals are met
  • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Supervise and train construction teams to ensure high-quality work
  • Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and resources

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in construction, preferably in bridge construction
  • Working knowledge of building, bridge, utility, or highway construction
  • Experience with steel erection, concrete construction, pile driving, rigging, carpentry, earthwork, welding, operating equipment, and drilling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
