The Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating accurate time entry and ensuring timely compensation for all Company Sports Daily Hires through the Kronos Time Tracking System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage proxy time entry within the Enterprise Kronos Time System.
  • Review electronically submitted timesheets utilizing the Timesheet Tracking Tool.
  • Engage in daily communication with the Company Crewing Specialist to confirm schedules for precise time entry.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Kronos and Audit teams to address pay discrepancies and conduct audits.
  • Work alongside team members to identify and implement process enhancements.
  • Understand and execute the hiring and onboarding procedures for new Daily Hires.
  • Learn and apply reporting protocols and payroll classifications.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with the Kronos system, particularly in time and expense entry, is preferred.
  • Ability to perform tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail, working independently, and managing multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Windows-based applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Willingness to adjust shifts and days off to meet project and departmental needs.
