About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Business Development Specialist to join our Lincoln team. As a key supporting role to the Lincoln Sales Operations Manager, you will provide business leadership and expertise to our sales specialists, driving growth and success in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and support sales-related retailer communications, including reports and WebEx materials for retailer meetings.
  • Assist in developing new sales specialists, focusing on systems, reports, and processes that impact key metrics.
  • Allocate resources effectively, assisting in wholesale when needed and managing post-wholesale processes and communication.
  • Drive Sales Volume Achievement (SVA) and manage day supply and aged inventory, identifying areas of opportunity to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide regional sales updates and sales close support, delivering monthly regional 2A6 objectives and creating sales expectancy reports to determine stores facing greatest challenges.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales-specific position within the automotive industry.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Zone Manager or Brand Specialist.
  • Lincoln or luxury retail experience.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and desire to be part of the ONE Ford team.
  • Diverse perspectives and creative mindset.
  • Excel and Microsoft proficiency.
