Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Koroberi. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Business Operations:
- Manage vendor relationships to secure necessary services and supplies.
- Assist with software tool evaluations and implementations to enhance office productivity.
- Create and send client invoices, tracking payments and resolving any discrepancies.
- Office Management:
- Procure and maintain an adequate supply of office materials and equipment.
- Keep accurate records of computer assets, including purchase dates, warranties, and maintenance histories.
- Coordinate with external parties to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Organize company events and activities to promote a positive work environment.
- Human Resources:
- Verify that all necessary documents are complete for new employees.
- Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
- Process payroll twice monthly and track employee expenses and reimbursements.
What You'll Need:
- Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or finance.
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Paychex, and Microsoft Excel.

- This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week.
- The compensation range for this role is $22-27/hour, depending on experience.
