About the Position

This is a full-time opportunity located in our Raleigh, NC office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for directors.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

$45,000 - $55,000 per year

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000 and $55,000, based on experience and qualifications.
