Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Banking Relationship Manager I to join our team at Eastern Bank. As a key member of our private banking team, you will be responsible for growing our private banking portfolio and servicing our top clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow our private banking portfolio through proactive relationship management and business development
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to identify and nurture new private banking relationships
  • Oversee the servicing and nurturing of relationships with assigned client teams
  • Meet deposit, wealth, lending, and fee revenue goals for assigned portfolio and new business goals
  • Participate in tactical programs to support the growth of private banking and provide strategic input into business plans and marketing

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of training and work experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of banking experience in a client service or management role
  • Strong knowledge of financial institution policies and procedures
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proven track record of service excellence and business development success
