Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Patient Service Specialist (Medical Front Office Receptionist) to join our team in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will be customer-friendly, passionate, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
  • Monitor patient flow and ensure a smooth clinic experience
  • Process patients for discharge, including preparing charges, collecting payment, and issuing receipts
  • Support the organization with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Typing and computer proficiency in Windows-based software
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and provide quality customer service
