Reporting to the COO, this multi-faceted role includes responsibility for the following:

  • point person managing analytics to better understand and drive performance
  • ongoing analysis and review of transaction costs
  • primary liaison with portfolio management and risk teams
  • broker relations and commission management
  • development of analytical tools in conjunction with technology team

This is a challenging, analytical role with significant visibility and access to senior business management. As such, the successful candidate should possess the following:

  • 5+ years' relevant experience coming out of a equities hedge fund, bank trading desk or management consulting firm
  • Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings effectively
  • A minimum of a Bachelors degree in computer science, economics, finance, math, statistics or related technical discipline
  • Familiarity with equities markets
  • High degree of motivation and delivery focus
