The Manager of Finance is responsible for the Company’s annual planning, long-term and short-term forecasting, monthly variance analysis and reporting, cost analysis and multi-unit retail analysis. The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of key business drivers and financial models that enable the Finance team to deliver value-added analysis across the company. Responsibilities: Participate in the strategic financial planning process including annual plans, monthly and quarterly forecasts and long-range projections Prepare formal monthly and quarterly financial and capital analytics to executive level management Manage timely production and accuracy review of quarterly Board packages including the production and support materials for other high level corporate packagesAssist capital project owners in preparing, executing, and managing capital spend and forecasting, working with corporate department ownersManage the processing of reports and support corporate departments with expense comparison and timely input of monthly forecastDevelop and maintain process documentation for total company, operations and corporate annual planning, monthly forecastingMaintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance during normal business hours, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.Ability to meet the physical demands for this position, which frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and occasionally outside of the office, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
