POSITION SUMMARY

The Regional Manager, Revenue Management is a corporate role, primarily supporting an assigned group of properties to provide expert guidance, training, implementation of best practices, and compliance for revenue management initiatives and strategies.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The individual occupying this position must be able to perform essential job functions set forth below with or without reasonable accommodation. 


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

.

  • Work directly with assigned properties to ensure optimal usage of revenue management systems and reports
  • Provide training and other consultative interactions and insights to assigned properties over best practices, market insights, and competitive landscape
  • Develop rate, segmentation, and channel strategies specific to each property to optimize top-line revenue and market share performance. Coordinates rate quotes among national sales and properties for RFPS and bids
  • Provide competitive market analyses and additional reporting with measurable results for review and action by the Revenue Directors and VP, as well as other departments including sales, ecommerce, and finance.
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to broader revenue teams and regional operational leaders, focused on revenue driving initiatives and governance over brand standards and best practices as set by the VPs
