About the Role
Road Service Technicians are responsible for handling service calls on sites throughout New England. This role ensures that all tasks are performed safely, promptly and cost-effectively.

Core Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to service calls for office trailers, office buildings, and containers throughout New England.
  • Perform heating and cooling service calls, which could be but are not limited to BARD and thru-wall cooling units.
  • Deliver and repair temporary stairs desks, chairs, file cabinets, whiteboards, walls, stairs, ramps, etc.
  • Operate company vehicles and equipment in a safe, appropriate manner.
  • Ensure the availability and proper condition of labor materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of all parts and equipment.
  • Perform minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical assessments and troubleshooting.
  • Accurately report daily service calls, including well-written descriptions of all completed work for backup billing.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of relevant/ related type work
  • Excellent driving record
  • Pass DOT Med card

Physical Requirement:

  • Able to lift 50lbs or more
  • Able to bend, twist, climb ladders, and get into awkward positions while maintaining equipment.
  • Ability to work in a high noise and dust level environment.


Certifications:

  • OSHA 10
  • HVAC certification is preferred


Compensation details: 22-23 Hourly Wage
