Job OverviewPosition Title: Blending Technician

Compensation: $21.50-$23.50/hr

We are seeking a dedicated Blending Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery and performing various production and labor tasks within a manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating and maintaining mixing equipment
  • Measuring and pouring ingredients accurately
  • Adjusting machinery settings as needed
  • Cleaning and sanitizing equipment during product changeovers

Comprehensive training will be provided, including an extensive orientation session to ensure your success in this role.

Required Skills

Hard Skills:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Proficiency in machine operation

Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions meticulously

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a total duration of 480 hours.

Work Environment

This position is fully on-site and operates within a clean, temperature-controlled facility. The workspace is expansive, featuring 210,000 square feet of area powered by solar energy. We offer competitive pay starting at $21.50 per hour, with an additional $2.00 night shift differential. A pay increase of $1.50 is available upon permanent hire. Shift schedules may vary, including both day and night shifts. Adherence to strict GMP standards is required, including the use of safety gear such as steel-toed boots, eye protection, ear protection, headgear, and high-visibility vests.
