EMT or Paramedic

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EMT or Paramedic to join our team as a Worksite Health Technician in an occupational health clinic setting. As a Worksite Health Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care, managing workers' compensation cases, and facilitating Return to Work (RTW) programs.

• Provide first aid care and treatment to employees following workplace injuries or illnesses, adhering to our Evidence-Based Medicine protocols.
• Collaborate with medical and operational leadership, local medical providers, and client staff to ensure seamless care and case management.
• Conduct daily operations of the clinic, including ordering supplies and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with the employer's Safety Team and Human Resources to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Document patient care and case management using state-of-the-art EMR software and other tools.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Valid licensure for the position in which you are applying and current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong computer and technology skills, including familiarity with EMR software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, clients, and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift a 50-pound emergency response bag.

• Relevant occupational health experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Experience in emergency medicine or critical care.
