Are you a resourceful Marketo expert looking for your next challenge? Look no further. CommScope is recruiting a Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team. This is a n on-site role located preferably in Shakopee, MN or one of our other locations, such as Claremont or Catawba, NC or Richardson, TX.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

The Marketo Campaign Operations Specialist will work directly with the global CommScope marketing, sales, and IT teams to understand objectives, develop programs, plan, and ensure execution and segmentation strategies meet those objectives. This person will be responsible for the project management and execution of cross-channel marketing automation campaigns within Marketo. They will establish and deploy automated communication journeys leveraging email, landing pages, forms, and lists. This role requires significant knowledge of Marketo, experience in building marketing campaigns, a strategic mindset, practical experience measuring campaign success, and the ability to work independently while part of a larger team.

This position will be located on-site at one of our CommScope locations.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing or equivalent experience
  • Three or more years of experience configuring and using Marketo to build out, execute, monitor, and report on marketing campaigns and programs at an enterprise level and progressive experience in digital marketing and communications
  • Experience in marketing campaign lead management, metrics best practices, and campaign management
  • Knowledge of email and landing page best practices
  • Demonstrated capabilities in managing large and complex audience segments & messaging sequences
  • Proven ability to improve campaign performance by identifying business opportunities in user data, campaign results, and cross-channel attribution
  • Background in using CRMs, including Microsoft Dynamics, and integration of the marketing campaign process between the CRM and Marketo

  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, self-motivation, and independent thinking
  • Resourceful disposition, leveraging all resources both internal and external to complete a project
