This is the top human resources position for this location. This position will also open the door for upward career progression and opportunities to relocation to other facilities within the company. As the Human Resources Manager, you will act as an employee champion and change agent. You ll increase HR s effectiveness by developing and implementing strategic plans, programs, performance management coaching, & career development planning.
