  • Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through online databases, networking, and career fairs.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various roles.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring decisions that align with organizational goals and culture.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

  • HR Certification: Human Resources Certification Preferred (HRCI or SHRM).
