Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Talent Management
    • Lead the recruitment team to source and attract top talent, leveraging various channels to present our organization as an employer of choice.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to drive hiring managers and efficiently attract the best available talent.
  • Compensation and Benefits
    • Oversee compensation policies, analyzing data to drive market competitiveness and internal equity.
    • Ensure compliance with various employment laws and regulations, including EEOC, MCHR, FLSA, and FMLA.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement
    • Conduct employee investigations, weighing evidence and recommending appropriate remedial action.
    • Develop and implement employee recognition programs, awards, and events to enhance employee engagement and morale.
  • HR Operations and Administration
    • Manage all activities of the HR department, including employee records, job descriptions, and classifications.
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of HR-related policies and procedures, as well as the Employee Handbook.
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Present data in a professional manner to the management team, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field from a four-year college or university.
  • At least five years of previous Human Resources experience, with at least two years of experience leading other HR professionals.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP WorkforceNow.
  • Experience or familiarity with community care behavioral health and substance use-based programs.
