About the role Business Analyst - Understand business requirements and functional specifications and map them to technical activities. Conceptualize and create end-to-end design for business problems. Collaborate with architects to drive best-in-class design. Map requirements to configuration or customization elements in salesforce Requirement: Experience: 7+ years of relevant technical and business work experience Experience in Financial Service Domain. FSC certification is good to have. Experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). Strong understanding of CRM principles, concepts, and standard methodologies. Admin certification is plus. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using CRM tools or other data analysis software. Effective communication and social skills to interact with diverse senior team members. Project management experience with the ability to prioritize tasks and lead deadlines effectively. Familiarity with software development process (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Optional: CRM system certifications like Salesforce Administrator Experience working on projects implemented in Agile methodology. Experience in defining and implementing technology solutions for a major international institution. Extensive experience with implementing a similar system. Extensive experience in gathering business requirements and developing functional specifications with special emphasis on use cases, defining test cases, and providing user training and support. Strong process analysis skills and ability to suggest improvements for the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions based on industry-standard methodologies Knowledge of business analysis standard methodologies (such as BABOK) and ability to optimally apply them Advanced knowledge of the specific business areas, processes, workflows, standards, and business practices Proven conceptual, analytical, and judgmental skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate well with all levels, technical as well as non-technical stakeholders Benefits: Applications will be accepted until 12/15/2024. The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 – $125,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
