Job Title: Salesforce Solutions Manager

Food & Water Watch is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Manager to join our Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions within Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom solutions within Salesforce
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Create and maintain triggers, workflows, and process builder flows
  • Supervise Data Analyst and grow and develop Reporting capabilities
  • Manage integrating Salesforce with other systems
  • Plan and execute data migrations
  • Monitor and optimize data flows between Salesforce and connected applications
  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain third-party applications that enhance Salesforce functionality
  • Develop and implement database marketing strategies and campaigns to increase customer engagement and retention
  • Maintain and develop current and new documentation according to system setups, business policies, processes, and procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience with NPSP configuration and best practices
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Administrator) preferred
  • Commitment to Food & Water Watch's core values of justice, human dignity, fair treatment, and equity

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management & organizational skills and ability to balance multiple projects

Benefits:

  • $81,800 – $100,000 annually dependent upon experience and location
