Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team at MY HR. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Articulate the product vision and write requirements as User stories/EPICs, FRS.
  • Create backlog and prioritization, participate in Agile rituals, and support the development team with questions on the product.
  • Design solutions with the highest possible user experience, lead the development, testing efforts, and participate in System Integration Testing, Business Acceptance Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Smooth production deployment, hyper care, and closure of the project/s.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in analysis across a number of business processes, applications, data definitions, integrations, and varieties of infrastructure.
  • 4+ Projects as a Product owner for Salesforce Platform, with 2+ projects working on Financial Service cloud, Sales cloud, and 2+ projects working on Salesforce Marketing cloud.
  • Previous involvement in the deployment of a Global Customer Relationship Management platform (Salesforce.com) required.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with the proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at various levels of the organization.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to lead others in defining requirements and identifying solutions.
