Job Description:

The Business Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting business development operations across Defense & Intelligence. This includes analyzing sales data using statistical techniques, ensuring CRM opportunity and sales data integrity, and liaison support across functional support teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal contracting and the Defense and Intelligence customer market.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine audits of data to ensure integrity, removing duplicates and ensuring data consistency across the system.

Collaborate with business development teams to ensure timely updates to opportunity records and capture status.

Analyze CRM data to provide insights on opportunity tracking, win/loss analysis, and proposal success rates.

Ensure all reporting complies with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, especially as they relate to government contracts.

Implement and monitor data quality controls to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all Salesforce data.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in Strategy, Business Development, Capture, Pricing, and Proposals, particularly in federal contracting and the Defense and Intelligence customer market.

Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, to include Salesforce.

TS/SCI is required.
