We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at Clipper Magazine. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications and customizations to the Salesforce Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications, including Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, Flows, Formulas, and Validation Rules.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce configurations and customizations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements and design solutions.
  • Conduct unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and team members.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance our platform.
  • Document technical specifications as needed.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Lead Salesforce-related projects by identifying stakeholders, gathering requirements, solutioning, and design, documentation, and change management of process and system changes.
  • Work on a Scrum team consisting of Admins and Developers utilizing Agile software methods to support all aspects of Salesforce.
