Job Summary

The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining Salesforce processes for Cardinal Health. They will be responsible for managing and updating critical master data elements to drive business insights and success.

  • Provide support by documenting and training the sales organization on new Salesforce processes.
  • Gather requirements and prioritize enhancements to the Salesforce application.
  • Lead testing efforts on newly deployed functionality.
  • Collaborate with the development team to discuss work in progress and communicate roadblocks to leadership.
  • Assist in the documentation of user requirements and backlog management for sprint meetings.
  • Maintain accurate customer master data in source systems by managing customer and affiliation files.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience preferred.
  • Salesforce experience required.
  • SQL experience preferred.
