Take that next step toward your future and join our growing team Position Overview: The OnMedia Account Executive professionally represents the company to create and maintain business relationships in the local community. Using a consultative approach, create new and recurring revenue by selling custom advertising solutions locally and across the county. Solutions in the OnMedia advertising technology stack include national brand-name digital cable TV networks, national brand name digital advertising solutions, high quality video production, use of audience research and emerging advanced advertising technology tactics. In areas where Mediacom services are not available, a reimbursement of internet/cable services are provided Training and professional development Base salary of $45,000 + guaranteed first year commission of $15,000 Bonus/commission potential Employee Wellness Program Position Responsibilities: Perform daily activities consistent with all elements of the sales cycle including face to face meetings, telephone prospecting, cold calls, needs analysis, proposal creation, sales presentations, and management of advertising campaigns. Actively read, learn, and stay curious about successful advertising strategies using digital and linear advertising campaigns. Create multi-channel advertising campaigns and creative strategies for local business owners, advertising agencies and key decision makers. Responsible for achieving monthly revenue goals. Complete all sales related paperwork including reports, traffic, credit applications, and various reports as required. Requires regular attendance to report to work per assigned work schedule. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred. Creativity and drive to imagine digital and linear advertising campaigns for retail and B2B customers. One to three years of B2B/direct or outside/field sales experience, preferred. Must be sales driven, success driven, a team-player with a people-oriented value structure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Business casual professional attire Proficient with computer software and technology. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Must be willing and able to travel on a local basis utilizing your own vehicle. Ability to perform all the duties and responsibilities as described.
