Job Description: Business Development Professional – Commercial Construction
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional with 10 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in Government Projects such as Municipal, K-12, and Higher Education. This position is with a highly regarded local General Contractor known for its commitment to keeping projects and employees local.
Business Development Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the government sector, including municipal, educational, and related markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive bids and proposals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and upcoming project opportunities to maintain a robust pipeline of work.
- Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and industry-related forums.

Business Development Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on business development.
