Job Description

Requirements
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Ability to effectively relate to customers
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life & Health license (currently held)

State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. As a Business Development Representative, you will not be an employee of State Farm Insurance Companies, but rather an employee of a State Farm independent contractor agent.
