Business Development Representative

This development and mentoring can lead you in the right direction to better prepare you for a potential career as a State Farm agent. As part of this opportunity, you will learn from an experienced agent and see what it is like to run a business and grow an agency.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, goal-oriented, and sales-minded with a successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. Additionally, they should have a Property & Casualty license (Must be able to obtain) and Life & Health license (Must currently hold).
Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Licensing paid by agency
