Interact with internal and external customers. Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Credit Oversight. Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy. Leverage data analytics tools- (eg- SAS, SQL etc) to analyze large data sets to quickly identify constantly evolving credit risk patterns. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Credit Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. 5+ years analytics experience. 5+ years of SAS programming experience. Desired Qualifications: Strong educational credentials with an M.B.A. or master's degree preferred. Machine Learning capabilities. Strong understanding of loan product economics. Outstanding quantitative and critical thinking abilities. Influence and lead strategic initiatives, collaborating across a large organization and multi-tasking as required. Demonstrate a strong understanding of risk management and methodology for identification and controls across all risk types. Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
