Commander's Support Staff Administrative Support Specialist

Overview of position:

FEDITC is seeking Commander's Support Staff Administrative Support Specialist in San Antonio, TX, area to provide high-level administrative, human resources, and program management support to the 375th Cyberspace Operations Squadron (COS) Commander and staff. This role requires a thorough understanding of military procedures, personnel systems, and administrative processes. The Specialist will be responsible for overseeing programs, managing agreements, coordinating meetings, providing human resource guidance, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Active Top-Secret SCI with CI/POLY and a United States Citizenship are required to be considered for this position.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Program Oversight: Oversee Commander's Programs, MOA/MOU Programs, Service-Level Agreements, and Host-Tenant Support Agreements. Act as the unit monitor for the Drug Demand Reduction Program, Records Management Program, and other programs as assigned.
  • Agreement Management: Serve as the 375 COS requirements advocate during negotiations for inter-service and intra-service agreements. Develop, analyze, and coordinate programming and planning documents. Maintain the Agreements library to ensure all agreements are current and accurate.
  • Human Resources Support: Provide civilian and military personnel human resource technical guidance, expertise, and management analysis. Recommend courses of action to 375 COS leadership regarding resource adjustments, improvements in efficiency, and maximization of Squadron resources. Assist in ensuring military programs (promotions, awards, PME) are scheduled, coordinated, and meet deadlines.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Facilitate meetings for 375 COS/CC and squadron staff, including planning, agenda preparation, collaboration with members, identifying problem sets, developing courses of action, recording minutes, and maintaining documentation.
  • Administrative Support: Utilize various military and civilian personnel and administrative systems (vMPF, BLSDM, MyPers, DCPS, vPC, PRDA, CMS, LeaveWeb, SharePoint, MilPDS, ATAAPS, AFPAAS, DTS) to provide comprehensive administrative support.
  • Reporting: Prepare briefings, staff action tracking reports, and programs for official events.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience providing comprehensive administrative support in a military or government environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with military personnel systems (vMPF, BLSDM, MyPers, DCPS, vPC, PRDA, CMS, LeaveWeb, MilPDS, ATAAPS, AFPAAS, DTS)
  • Experience with records management, agreement/contract management, and program oversight.
  • Familiarity with Drug Demand Reduction Programs
  • Strong understanding of military organizational structures and procedures. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

  • Active Top-Secret SCI with CI/POLY and a United States Citizenship are required to be considered for this position.
  • Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC'S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
