Job Summary:
Our client is hiring a Territory Sales Representative in Haltom City, TX. This role requires a dedicated individual with a strong sales background in overhead cranes and hoists or related industrial products/services. Responsibilities include promoting safety, growing market share, following company sales plans, qualifying new customers, achieving sales goals, developing sales strategies, collaborating with support teams, ensuring sales profitability, and maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote Safety: Conduct safety training and demonstrate a Safety-First mindset.
  • Grow Market Share: Identify and sell products to new and existing customers.
  • Follow Company Sales Plans: Document customer activities and drive territory development.
  • Qualify New Customers: Prospect and engage potential customers.
  • Achieve Sales Goals: Reach defined sales targets.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Organize sales efforts and joint sales calls.
  • Collaborate with Support Teams: Work with branch and project managers.
  • Ensure Sales Profitability: Review costing and application needs for proposals.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer inquiries and maintain relationships.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in overhead cranes or related industrial products/services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Prior experience in sales goal achievement and territory management.
