Our client in Chesapeake is hiring for several HR Admins to join their team. This is an immediate need that can start within a couple of days. This is a full time onsite position that will pay $15hr. Qualified candidates will have an interview scheduled within 48 hours of resume submission. Job Requirements 1+ years of Administrative Assistant experience required Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills Must be able to commute onsite 5 days a week to Chesapeake VA Must be able to work the schedule of 8:30am-4:30pm EST Job Description Collaborate with the Employee Relations team to review and organize employee records. File and organize all personnel information and records. Categorize files by grouping based on names and document types, and create new files. Enter personal information (name, employee ID, location, document type) into the system and scan documents into the digital system. .
