Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and completing tasks as assigned.
  • Collect and deposit mail daily, and ensure that all correspondence is handled in a timely and professional manner.
  • Run errands and complete tasks as needed, including city submittals and other administrative duties.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including homeowner and property records.
  • Update homeowner guidebooks as needed, and ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Complete closing documents for the management team, and ensure that all paperwork is processed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate buyer orientations with the Superintendent and Real Estate Agent(s), and ensure that all communication is clear and concise.
  • Coordinate and oversee repairs noted on the walk-through punch list, and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Respond to warranty calls and emails in a timely manner, and coordinate warranty appointments with homeowners and subcontractors.
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Business Suite, and Builder Trend for daily tasks, and ensure that all software is up-to-date and functioning properly.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required by the management team.
