Training and Development:

  • Detailed instruction on the preparation of various types of tax returns
  • Training on how to use professional tax preparation software
  • Presentations on various tax topics taught by seasoned professionals
  • Participation in special tax compliance and tax advisory projects
  • Mentoring and one-on-one training by managers
  • Timely feedback on performance and development
Areas of Practice:
  • Preparation of tax returns, predominantly for individual income and gift tax returns
  • Compilation of tax return workpapers
  • Tax projections and quarterly estimated tax payment calculations
  • Tax research projects and special projects as assigned
  • Correspondence with client advisor team
Qualifications:
  • Rising Junior or Senior, Accounting major and interest in tax highly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Ability to work well in and contribute to a team environment
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

Compensation will range between $24-$26 an hour.
